Psychological Counseling Services?
  • Anxiety and nervousness of any kind
  • Conflicts and problems in relationships (in the family, with a partner, peers)
  • Panic attacks, fears, mood swings
  • Sleep disorders, eating disorders and problems
  • Depression, apathy
  • Problems with academic performance
  • Self-harm and Suicidal tendencies
  • Abusive relationships (physical, sexual, emotional abuse)
  • Loss, grief for loved ones and relatives
  • Problems with self-esteem, self-confidence, Impostor syndrome

What should I do to get a consultation?

Call the duty consultant
Call the duty consultant via the Telegram channel by following the link: https://t.me/pcs_nu Telegram channel: +7 775 75 938 44.

Triage assessment
The consultant on duty, after conducting a triage assessment of the condition, will refer you to the necessary specialists for
consultation: psychologist
/psychiatrist/psychotherapist.

Psychological assistance
When deciding and agreeing to receive psychological assistance, the frequency and schedule of meetings are negotiated between the psychologist and the client.
For information:
-Consultation no more than 60 minutes and no more than 1 time a week.
-A student at NU has the right to 10 consultations per academic year (August 1 of the current year - July 31 of the next year).

Is it possible to cancel the consultation?
  • The consultation can be cancelled 24 hours in advance.
  • To do this, write the PCS to the mail nu_counseling@nu.edu.kz or call the consultant on duty.
