Group Session "Emotional Burnout"

Dear Colleagues,

We invite you to join a psychological group session on emotional burnout. In today's world, we face a lot of stress and negative emotions that may affect your physical and mental health, as well as your work and personal life.

Therefore, it is important to work on this condition in order to be healthy, successful, happy and have good relationships with others.

The psychological group does not require prior registration and will be held in Russian by Psychologist Ayazhan Bolatova.

Time and venue: April 16 (Tuesday) from 14:30 to 16:30

Venue: Room 105 of Block D-9 (26).

The objective of the training is to raise awareness, develop coping skills and exchange of experience and support:

-Identification of signs and symptoms of emotional burnout.

-Understanding the factors contributing to emotional burnout.

-Mastering stress management strategies.

-Relaxation and self-care techniques.

-Create a safe and supportive space to discuss issues related to emotional burnout.
