Trance therapy allows you to find a supportive resource to address a wide range of issues, including relationship problems, anxiety, self-acceptance, habit adjustment, sleep disturbances, irritability, post-traumatic syndrome, pain management, and boosting self-confidence.
Emotional Overeating(registration is not required)
Every Friday at 15:00-17:30

This group therapy offers a safe, non-judgmental space for sharing experiences, gaining practical coping tools, and receiving professional guidance to enhance emotional well-being, fostering deeper understanding of emotional overeating behaviors through collaborative exploration of underlying factors.
