Dear NU Community,
According to the Ministry of Health, 1 in 124 children in Kazakhstan is diagnosed with autism or autism spectrum disorder (ASD). To facilitate their education needs, 57 inclusion support classrooms have been established in regular schools and kindergartens in 22 cities. As of now, more than 800 children with special needs benefit from such supportive provisions enabling them to have access to schools.
As some of you may know, Bolashak Corporate Foundation developed an ongoing "Every Child Deserves a School" program to create and promote inclusive learning environments for children with autism or ASD across Kazakhstan.
As a part of this program "RUN FOR AUTISM" initiative is panned this year. It is more than just a race; it's a movement to challenge stereotypes and promote understanding of autism and ASD.
Whether you're a seasoned runner, a casual jogger, or someone looking to make a positive impact, your involvement matters, we would encourage you to support this initiative by participating in the races. Join us on May 18, 2024, at Triathlon Park in Astana and choose your race: 1 km, 2.5 km, 5 km, or 10 km. Please, kindly notice that you may join the race by just walking. Participation fees during the registration include payments from 5,990 ₸ to 8,990 ₸ depending on the distance.

3) Enter your data to the following list.

5) Let’s meet as NU team prior the race (gathering place on the map)
6) Please put on the NU brand cap, if you have one.
