Are you a student eager to understand and validate your emotions better? Do you want to build emotional resilience and connect with others in a supportive environment? Our Psychological Gym Group Session is here for you!

The "psychological gym" is a place where students work on understanding and managing their emotions, much like how a physical gym helps with physical fitness. You will engage in activities like role-playing, mindfulness exercises, or emotional intelligence training to strengthen your emotional awareness and regulation skills.
