Important Health, Safety and Security Information for Graduation 2025 Ceremony

Dear Participants of the Graduation 2025 Ceremony,

As we approach Graduation 2025 Ceremony, we would like to congratulate all our graduates and encourage everyone to get acquainted with the following health, safety and security measures prior to this event:

Campus Access: During the Graduation Ceremony days, the central campus gates will be open for pedestrian access from both Turan Avenue and Kabanbay Batyr Avenue on June 13–14 (Friday and Saturday) from 08:00 to 20:00 and on June 15 (Sunday) from 08:00 to 18:00. No requests for campus access will be accepted by security@nu.edu.kz for the visitors arriving in personal vehicles during the Graduation Ceremony.

Please note that only the vehicles registered with campus parking permit and the official taxi service will be granted access to the campus. All taxi drivers must leave the campus immediately after dropping off passengers in front of Block 1 or Block С2 as shown on the taxi dropping-off map. Please note that parking on University premises without a valid permit is prohibited. We kindly ask all participants and guests to arrive in advance and park their vehicles off campus.

Campus and Event Navigation: For assistance with directions and other information, volunteers will be available throughout the campus. You may refer to the NU Campus map or use 2GIS.

Security Measures: Security teams will be patrolling the campus. If you see any suspicious activity, report it immediately to the nearest security officer or contact +7 (7172) 70 6256. Please carry your ID cards at all times.

Safety Precautions and Emergency Evacuation from Building: In case of a fire or other emergency situation, please stay calm and follow the instructions of the designated staff. Leave the building through the evacuation routes and proceed to the designated assembly points. Do not use an elevator during emergency situations. Please get well acquainted with the HSE Instruction and Evacuation Plan in advance to ensure your safety.

Medical Assistance and First Aid: In case of medical emergency, please contact immediately the volunteers for assistance with finding the doctor or see the doctor on duty in the Medical Office in Block C2, room 1070 (+7 702 853 61 30) indicated as the medical emergency contacts. First Aid Kits are available at all security posts if needed.
