The Psychological Counseling Services has been operating since 2012. On February 15, 2021, it was transformed into the Center for Health and Well-being, and in 2024 it became part of the Health and Well-being Department. The purpose of psychological counseling is to support and strengthen psychological health in the NU community

    Conducting trainings and seminars aimed at developing stress-resistance skills, emotional intelligence and mental stability.

    Assistance in developing self-organization skills, time management, and other key competencies.

    Organizing events aimed at improving dynamic interaction and strengthening interpersonal connections.

    Informing about important aspects of mental health through lectures, webinars and information materials.

    Conducting individual and group agreements on any mental health issues.
  • 7
    Providing support in crisis situations and helping to find ways to resolve them.
